Beautiful weather!!

It was such a beautiful weekend. All I have heard since I moved here is "the weather is NEVER like this". It NEVER rains so much (last summer), its never this warm (all winter), and now Its NEVER this warm (in March) HAHA. Im starting to think no one knows anything :-)

It was in the high 70's Sunday and just a little cooler Saturday. I got completely sucked into a book and spent Saturday reading outside while Tasha and Scarlett played. We put her walker outside and she was a happy girl. We then went to Rick and Jennas for a bbq for St Patricks Day. We had a bunch of salads, fruit, and meat from the grill. It was yummy and we had very good company. Beth, Peter, Matty, Em, Jackie, Alex, June, Bret and Elizabeth were all there. I really enjoy my time with my in-laws, Im very blessed to have all the family I do.

Scarlett was in a great mood eating a lot of fruit and enjoying being outside. Once it got a little cooler she became very tired and went right to sleep. Nick and I had a little adult time with our friends by the fire.

Sunday morning after church we went to Bret and Junes and spent another great day outside. June and I went for a walk around the lake with the babies. I then came home and watched the Nascar race with Nick. He works so much, and even on the weekends he has so much to do. Im glad he works so hard for us, but sometimes I hope he doent overwhelm himself. He deserves down time.

This week will be busy with work and life. Loving my simple life and spending all my time with my sweet baby.

Oh, and the success for the week... Scarlett only woke up once last night!! Horray!! First time EVER! My little girl is growing up, oh my!
