I realized I havent posted much this year but thats honestly because nothing much to report has happened. We have been busy working, cooking, taking care of Beth and Peters house, and loving up to our little one.
I have changed my work schedule and my classes are doing really well. I absolutely love the girls that I work with and feel incredibly blessed to have found this place here in Cobleskill where I thought my job as a fitness instructor (especially Spin) was going to have to officially be put to rest. I found a couple mud runs and are going to participate in the first one the Tough Mudder with Matt and the second one with my StudioFab girls. I am TOO excited!
I had Jasper here for a week and luckily Beth and Peter came home to a dog that was still living HAHA. He was so annoying and shed everywhere. I love that dog as long as he stays with his family. Perhaps it made me appreciate Tasha more?! Possibly.
Nick and I went house shopping for the first time this last Tuesday. We found out Monday that there was an offer put on our house we live in now and so we had to kick it up a notch to find a place for us to live. We saw three really great homes, and the one that was our favorite was in Sharon Springs which would mean a longer drive to Cobleskill and a different school district.. So, we will just have to wait and see. We have another appointment to look on Sunday. Yay, excited!
I have been trying out some new recipes off of the BigOven App and I love what I have made so far. I made a Spinach and Bell Pepper Penne pasta dish, and tonight Chicken Enchiladas (with a twist). I am doing a Lemon Chicken Pasta dish tomorrow that I cant wait to try. I am really starrting to enjoy cooking :-)
Scarlett has started eating some baby food. She doesnt eat as much as just taste but she loves it. She didnt so much like Winter Squash but Carrots, Sweet Potatos, and Applesauce she LOVED. She also has had lots of fruit and things of actual solid food. She's getting so big! I really feel like she might be getting a couple teeth soon. She came to my classes this last week while Beth was gone and she did SO well! She just sat and playing and smiled and growled (her new thing), everyone loved her and I felt so blessed to call her mine. She sits in her Bumbo and hits her head against the wall, its so funny! And I have been putting her in the sink to play in the water while I cook and she has an absolute ball. Shes just so fun!
Well, nothing else going on. I have lots of pictures to update I just havent had the time to let thme download. I will be doing that soon though, so chekc back!
